Judging by the way that my back feels I am thinking I really need to start thinking about getting a new mattress, my current one is feeling kind of tired. I was just thinking about getting a memory foam mattress as they are supposed to be good for a good night’s sleep. I am not sure what they cost but it has to be a worth a lot to get a good nights sleep.
