I was just reading about of all things wedding table centrepieces. Apparently a lot of the pieces are made from ostrich feathers which is a surprise, I had just always assumed that they were from more common birds like chickens, geese or ducks but I guess now that I think about it it makes sense as they would need big feathers which would make them ideal!
