It sounds like something out of a sci fi movie, a plasma cutter. Or if they were making the movie Goldfinger now then the villian would have tried to cut bond up with a plasma cutter. Of course in reality it’s a precision cutting tool that comes in a variety of models that vary depending on use and of course cost.
