Within my employer a huge emphasis is being put on corporate performance management and it’s a good thing. For too long people have been allowed to get away with substandard work performance and the change will bring a world of good!

I just looked at the revenue figures for my blogs this month and without a doubt this is looking at being a great month for revenue made blogging. Certainly makes the work all worthwhile!
