Last year i had the chance to visit Melbourne for the first time in a few weeks before the 2006 Commonwealth Games and it was great. So much to see and i also took lots of photos of the landmarks including Flinders Street Station (below)

I say if you are looking for a place to vist Melbourne is a good choice and there are plenty of Hotels in Melbourne. If your a sports fan there is no shortage with AFL, Rugby, Cricket and many more sports, the Melbourne Aquarium, Museums, Shopping. The list just goes on.

Its a well known fact that there is strong competition between Melbourne and Sydney. Its been ten years since i have visited Sydney but like Melbourne there are many things to do. Last time i was there i was on limited time and only had the chance o see the Australian Maritime Museum and the Zoo. Its a beautiful city and i would like to go back for another visit to see a lot more. There is no shortage of Hotels In Sydney to stay out so my advice from my experience is try to stay somewhere close to most of the sites you wish to visit.

Another city that I have not had the chance to visit is Brisbane. Again with no shortage of activities to do, I have just been looking at Hotels in Brisbane with the idea that maybe i might head there for my holidays in November. There is an idea! Tell you more after!
