Its funny, i have been on holidays for a week now and have for the most part avoided thinking about work, At least until today. I was driving along and i suddenly started thinking about work and got that familiar feeling that it causes sometimes, a mild anxiety attack, out of the blue. Quite freaky really.

Just goes to show one thing, i should have taken my holiday a lot sooner!
