As part of my job as middle management I am required to be responsible for the staff that I control performance management and let me tell you, its all new to me and its a bit of a shock the amount of work it takes to get done.

I have just been looking at Manager Assistant employee evaluation software that could go a long way towards helping make life a lot easier. The software allows managers like myself to track, evaluate and control the behaviour,performance and activities of employees all in one application and with this application the juggling act of trying to track performance with a jumble of documents is gone.

Now I need to put to my boss the need to spend some money and get this application because I am confident it will pay for itself!
