Here is a concept that I have not heard of before. Congoo.com is a big player in news blogs and will allow users to create a public or private subject focused News Blog on what ever topic the author wants. Once created Congoo makes a mobile widget for that blog available that can be placed on any website or blog.

Now the other cool thing is that the tool has been evolving into a marketing tool and both webmasters and bloggers are using them as the owner can add links bank to their site. So as well as blogging on a subject of interest you get a chance to promote your site, drive free traffic and reach out and grab those new readers.

The other thing that is quite cool is that Congoo is going to start promoting the most popular news circles to visitors to the network, presently over one million monthly visitors. Now that would be exposure!
