Regular readers would know that work seems to be getting harder every week for me. Its not the work so much as the pressure that we are being placed under. And the prespect that next week is not going to be any better. Or the week after. Or the week after that. Its damaging morale and our already crappy retension rate continues to slide from bad to worse. All in all not a fun place to work.

I have been thinking a lot about the idea of taking some holidays in the near future. Not really got any money saved as present so i think i might have to start quickly before i burn out
