Five working days until christmas and more importantly, my christmas break. Work has been insane and isn’t likely to be any different for some time. Instead of having ten days to get our work done, because of christmas there is basically four and half days to get the work done. To further complicate things the budget is tight which means that overtime is not guaranteed to be approved. There are many people out there that can inspire people to do things that they won’t normally but i am not one of them and the chances of me persuading my staff to do the work for free is not likely. Very unlikely is a better way to put it.
