Never On Wednesday

As a sometimes photographer I am always needing heaps of memory and
looking for the best deals on more micro sd cards to accommodate my
needs as is not unusual for me to use up a couple of GB of space with
photos on a weekend out and about somewhere. Yes it is more photos than
I need but taking the same shot differently can find sometime that I
might otherwise have missed and hey, what is an extra shot when I could
get “the shot”

I was reading about demographics last week and one of the worrying
things with the aging population is that the number of people
participating in the workforce will decrease. In areas such as
healthcare the demand will increase and Healthcare Jobs will become
increasingly harder to fill. So even in support roles healthcare is
going to become even more of a good field to be working in with no
shortage of jobs for skilled workers.

I was thinking the other day that I need to redo my kitchen some time.
It’s the 70s kitchen that came with the house when it was built and it
shows it. Perhaps some ceramic tiles, new sink and benches and it might
start to look a lot better than it is now. Of course then I would have
to actually use it more but first things first afterall.

I’ll be honest with you, I am not the slimmest of men and my waistline
is probably increasing fairly regularly, not helped by the fact that I
am presently on the World of Warcraft exercise program (sit in a chair
in front of computer all day) so while I knowledge I need exercise, I
have also wondered what the best weight loss pill pill is? There are so many
to choose from and searching on the internet you get no shortage of
matches from the real products to those that take your money and deliver
… well less than great results. It is a matter of information overload
but I will have to look further into it

Something that I have never thought about but what looks quite good is
metal mosaic. I liked both the stainless steel tiles and also the copper
which looked good although there was a big variety of metals that tiles
were made of. Gold however is not me so that one will have to be given a
big miss. Nice one!

I have never been a huge fan of golf myself although now that I think
about it, intellectually it has everything going for it including
exercise and skill required. But looking at the Myrtle beach golf packages it does look like something that I could at some point give a
try, just the once! Sadly I do not believe that I will ever become a
Tiger Woods however.

on the list of things that i would like that i can’t at present would have to be a nice holiday. Somewhere warm and tropical. I did hear good things about orlando vacations but florida is a long way away from where i am now and with a new job coming up soon there is no way that i will be having a holiday any time soon.

The trouble with working in an open plan office is you tend to hear everything being said. It can be the football on the weekend, the best diet pill and what ever else is drifting through the air or the world. It drives me to tears at times, especially since the previous place i worked was quiet as a grave and i got well used to the quiet. I miss the peace and quiet of the place i was.

Think i have mentioned before that i work in an open plan office and i tend to hear everything about everything said. Right now one of the other occupants of the office is building their own home and they spoke for great length on getting discount faucets. They sounded nice but it just distracts me from thinking about the whole numbers things that i need to when i am at work

Here is an idea that sounds nice or as us Aussies say, bloody nice. walk in tubs, just saying it sounds good and i want one and i want it NOW! Getting in and out would be much easier and i am willing to bet much safer as their is not a balance issue or stepping up and out when it could be wet and slippery. Sounds good, i am sold.
